Why did you get in touch initially and how did you choose Inspired IT?
We had had a traumatic experience moving to a server, and so had changed providers. While they were great and helped us out of the crisis, we were too small and our requirements a bit more complex than a standard small business to fit their profile and get the ongoing partnership we were looking for, and they recommended we might fit better with Matt and his team at Inspired IT.

The help desk service is fantastic, reliable and technically good. The team are friendly and the systems work so that the issues that get identified get solved quickly. The team are also interested in getting to understand the business so that they can add value in a variety of ways.
We rely heavily on IT solutions to deliver our service and also to engage our clients. To enhance our productivity, efficiencies and effectiveness, it’s also really important to us that we can get support not just with the hardware set up and technical glitches, but also to play with new tools and explore how they may fit with what we do. Inspired IT have been great and working with us on that as we explore how to keep heading in new directions.
We rely heavily on IT solutions to deliver our service and also to engage our clients.
