The Issue

Previously emails and phone calls were the only way to log tickets, with it sometimes becoming difficult to track the various IT related tasks that we had on the go. We didn’t have a centralised place for IT related information and updates, instead relying on email broadcasts.

the Solution

Inspired IT have created standard service request forms for our business which expedites the IT process for new personnel IT set up, change of personnel details or new device quote request which streamlines the on-boarding process. Their portal gives us a live view of all our IT infrastructure and includes training materials for our staff.

We use their portal app nearly on a daily basis to review open tickets with updates from their technical team. The live data entry function (able to be used by the tech or us) is an excellent tool to communicate and safeguard the process control and avoids costly or lengthy hold ups to get our team functioning swiftly with efficiency.
